Tachyon TC offer extensive training in Track & Field, Cross Country, Long Distance Running, Road Racing, and Race-Walking Events. We also offer specialized Speed, Agility, and Strength Training programs for the Multi-Sports Athlete and the Weekend Warrior. With experienced and dedicated Certified coaches, we feature a wide array of programs and training regimens. In addition, we also offer Online Training Programs, and Video Analysis. Our athletes are trained in all divisions, including Youth, High School, Collegiate, Open, Elite, Para-Athletics, Masters and Seniors events. No matter your skill level, we are committed to helping you achieve desired results. To increase speed, agility, explosiveness, strength, and overall performance, this is your home.

Tachyon:
Tachyon (pronounced /taeki on/; from the Greek i.e. swift, fast) is any hypothetical particle that travels faster than the speed of light! It is constrained to the energy-momentum graph. Therefore, it cannot slow down to subliminal speeds. Therefore, as the particle ages, it gets faster!

AAU:
The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multi-sport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs. AAU provides sports programs for all participants of all ages beginning at the grass roots level. Sports Specific Speed and Strength training programs for Individuals and Teams Individualized Training programs based upon the athlete(s) sport, specific abilities and their position/event(s). For most athletes, the overriding principle is the End Result!Â

Certified Sports Strength Conditioning Trainers work with athletes to increase strength, agility, and performance. They must have detailed knowledge of the athlete’s specific sport and positions played. They should also possess an intricate knowledge of exercise science, program development, and sports fitness assessment. In addition, they should also have advanced knowledge of exercise physiology, sports psychology, pharmacology, biomechanics sports training, sports nutrition, and anatomy to assist the athlete in achieving their desired goals. Sports Conditioning Trainers must also understanding the art behind combining these elements, in a way that works for the individual athlete.
